My fitness routine

It seems like the name of the game for this year is fitness! …My fitness routine

After 30 years old, I’ve really been trying to keep my weight within normal parameters and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It’s definitely not easy trying to fit in working out on top of running my own business and having a full-time job, but I think I’ve come to terms that I won’t have a set routine and that’s okay.

The beauty of my “ fitness routine” is that there isn’t really a routine.

Since I’ve known myself, I’ve had a love/hate relationship with the gym.  😆

Don’t get me wrong, I really hate going to the gym. I do not have the solid, hard and flat stomach that I drool over in photos on Instagram and Facebook. Right now this body spends most of its time in front of a laptop doing work and editing images. I occasionally take it for a run but it loves tiramisu more.

Finding the time to have a consistent workout schedule is always so difficult for me. So many events I must attend, shootings, projects, and meetings during the week.

Although balancing events and work have been tough, I think I’ve finally come to a place where I’ve found a fitness routine that works for me! It might have taken a while, but I’m proud to say I’ve been pretty consistent with it for the past three months!

I must thank World Class Romania who convinced me to come to the gym at least 2 times a week.

I really don’t know how much it will last but I’m doing my best.

World Class Fitness Center at Plaza Romania is located inside one of the most modern Malls located in Sector 6 of Bucharest, at the intersection of the passage Lujerului and Timisoara Boulevard.

The club covers a surface of 2000 sqm. The fitness and cardio training room with 18 treadmills is equipped with modern elements from the Life Fitness collection. I love the cycling studio which has 40 bicycles and a professional audio system. In addition to all these, World Class Plaza Romania offer spacious lockers, dry and steam sauna.

What I have found works for me is cardio. Is the simplest way to keep me in shape and to stay away from diseases. More than the weight loss itself, I’ve never felt so strong and confident in my body before. I think the key thing is to find something you enjoy. Instead of making working out a chore. I know you’ve probably heard that before, but I encourage you to find alternative workouts.

Try something other than the treadmill, maybe sign up for a fun class at World Class Romania!

Everyone has something that can work for them. Here’s my fitness routine that I’ve been working on for the last six months:

If you follow me on Facebook and Instagram you know that I’ve recently discovered also boxing. And I really like it. Because I can punch my personal trainer directly in the face. At least I’m faking it.  😛

That’s usually the extent of my workout. On a good week, I work out 3 times a week. The key thing is to not be so hard on yourself if you miss a workout. Since my schedule is so demanding, I can’t work out as much as I want.

But I’m trying  to have a healthy eating. Which I’ll be posting an article about soon!

So the moral of this post is :

Find a workout you love and a favorite gym!

Find YOUR Fitness routine & don’t be so hard on yourself if you miss!

We all have busy lives!
