What do you do when you’re tired of wearing the usual pants and aren’t too keen to put on a full-blown skirt?
You give Palazzo Pants a try!
This is what I wore last Monday for an appointment I had at Salon du Mariage in Saftica. I was feeling so calm and fresh that day! This happens when I’m having a day off and I’m wearing something I really really love, like these Wrap Palazzo Pants from Mango! Trust me, they’re really awesome!
I really wanted to post this look! Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite outfits for summer! I adore the color of my pants, the backless sheer top, the bag…Everything is so perfect and sexy. The best way to emphasize this, is taking your hat, an awesome pair of round sunnies and some heels.
Ladies allow me to introduce you my new favorite trousers – Wrap Palazzo Pants!
These pants, known as Palazzo pants or wide-legged, are the new hot thing this season, since they fits well with nearly all body types. Super flattering and sexy especially when worn with a white backless sheer top and high-heeled court shoes. Summer is all around and white lace seemed the best for me! There are many lacy white crop-tops on the market, but the backless design make this one different and unique.
Palazzo pants are long trousers cut with a loose, extremely wide leg that flares out from the waist down and may give the illusion that you’re wearing a maxi skirt. They were a popular trend in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. With their wide legs, they could give your legs a break from all that tight-fitting denims, don’t you think?
Since they are Bottom Heavy, always Go Light at the Top! You can pick up a tank top, blouse, corset top that stays snug to your body and let your pants bloom. This way, you get to maintain a nice long and shapely silhouette. And yes Petite Girls Can Rock the Palazzo Pants too and use the trend to add inches to their height! Just make sure that you tuck in your shirt into your Palazzo Pants to create a higher-looking waistline. Throw in some high-heels or wedges to add more inches.
Nothing fits better the Palazzo Pants than a pair of high heels. Of course I couldn’t missed my hat! You know that I’m addicted to every garment that I can wear on my head: caps, hats, turbans, headbands…From the beginning the HAT has been present on my blog like a key accessory to push a simple outfit into a sophisticated look.
So what do you think about the Palazzo Trend? Do you like it?
