I’m sending you all my love from Palma de Mallorca…the perfect island, where the light is different, with a bright blue sky overflowing heart.
You know I like my summer sandy, with messy hair and no make-up, under the sun on white soft beaches…What else could it be more relaxing?
Here are a few overdue postcards from my first day on the famous Magaluf beach from Palma de Mallorca a major crowded holiday resort on the south west coast of the island. Magaluf is best-known as the night club capital of Mallorca, always party time in the 100 bars or clubs.
It’s already August and we have only one more month of summer. If you still have big plans for your vacation and you can’t decide where to go…Then see where everyone else went!
Choosing your summer holiday can be tough sometimes. But if you want an island, a beach or a sunny place… I recommend you to choose the sunny island of Palma de Mallorca in.
Two years ago, after planning 3000 different holidays across the globe, I finally decided on Palma de Mallorca, the biggest and most important island in the Balearic Archipelago. The sea was an obvious choice for me during summer. I was looking for something that said “luxury”, while at the same time leaving scope for adventure and wilderness. Since I was to travel with my boyfriend, I also wanted something relatively romantic and relaxing. I had no idea that choosing Palma de Mallorca island would give me all of these things and so much more.
Spain hasn’t always been my first option when searching for holidays in the past, but when I found this incredible hotel, with a fantastic spa and pool and lovely location perched above a pretty sandy beach with amazing views of the most modern marinas in the Mediterranean it seemed so perfect. While I was still dreaming about Maldives or Fiji, Palma de Mallorca proved to be the perfect summer destination with it’s striking views and clear turquoise sea.
The luxurious adults-only hotel, Port Adriano Marina Golf & Spa, has stolen my heart from the first minute. This unique hotel is conveniently located between the Majorcan coast and the golf course of Santa Ponsa. It features a panoramic terrace with a gorgeous swimming pool and health spa that offers great views of the surrounding countryside and the Starck Marina Port Adriano, one of the most modern marinas in the Mediterranean.
Since it was built in 1992, Port Adriano is the reference point to explore one of the most attractive coasts in the Mediterranean. It has grown to currently become one of the most relevant ports in the Balearic Islands and an exceptional base for super yachts.
In Port Adriano you will find everything you need to enjoy your passion for the sea and a memorable stay on Mallorca. Port Adriano is the departure point for some tempting destinations for sailors: a trip round Mallorca, exploring the island’s wild north coast — with the Serra de Tramuntana, declared World Heritage by UNESCO, as its backbone — or venturing out to discover Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.
